Nykole's Profile

It is my honor and pleasure to nominate Nykole Wyatt, MPA for the NCCU 40 under 40 Award. Nykole received her undergraduate and graduate degree from the Prestigious NCCU in Political Science and Public Administration respectively. Nykole is top producing real estate broker in her company serving the states of NC, SC and GA. Nykole offers FREE monthly first time home buyer workshop for first time home buyers and travels all over the state providing seminars to various churches and other organizations on buying and selling homes. She is adamant that when you know better you do better. Nykole owns Kole’s Konsulting, a consulting firm that consults on all things written, business realignment and development. Nykole is a published author of a book entitled “This is the Day that the Lord Has Made… A Daily Devotional”. She is currently writing her second Book “Success Leaves Clues”. Nykole has written for magazines like Women of Wealth and Success from Home Magazines and has been featured in Pride Magazine, the premier African American Magazine in Charlotte. She has been a speech writer for notables like HGTV’s Real Estate Expert, Valarie R Brooks and Married to Medicine’s Realty Star Lisa Nicole Cloud. Nykole sits on the executive board of the Charlotte Chapter of the NCCU Alumni Association as the Corresponding Secretary, a position she has held for the past 4 years. Last year she ran for Ms. NCCU Alumni raising almost $8,000 that went toward scholarships for NCCU’s present and futures students. Of the $8,000 almost $1,000 of it was self-invested. Nykole regular assists in membership drives and planning social and fund raining events for the local Charlotte Chapter of NCCU. Nykole is also a member of the Black Political Caucus and sits on the Social Affairs Committee. She is a member of the Young Affiliates of the Mint and the Mint Museum in Charlotte. She sits on a mastermind team called Innovating Women that concentrates on motivation and communes with a common purpose of excelling in accomplishing their goals. Nykole has exceptional networking skills and remains approachable to anyone. She is also a regular attendee of Have Life Church in Charlotte and activity supports that ministry with her time, talents and treasures.
